At Aati Hu (Vintage Violetes), we want every customer to have a great shopping experience.
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, we are here to help with an easy return or replacement process.
This policy explains the conditions under which refunds, returns, or replacements are accepted.
You may request a return or replacement if:
The product is damaged during delivery
The product is defective / not working
You received the wrong product
The product does not match the description or images
You must raise a return or replacement request within:
⏰ 48 hours (2 days) of delivery
Requests made after 48 hours may not be accepted due to product verification limitations.
To qualify for a return or replacement:
Product must be unused and in original condition
Original packaging, user manuals, warranty cards, and accessories must be included
Product should not show any signs of physical damage or mishandling after delivery
A clear unboxing video may be required as proof (to prevent fraud)
If the above conditions are not met, the request may be rejected.
For safety and hygiene reasons, some items may NOT be eligible for return:
Items damaged by customer misuse
Products without original packaging or missing accessories
Electrical appliances tampered with or repaired by unauthorized technicians
Items purchased under “Clearance”, “Final Sale”, or “Non-returnable” category
Personal care items (if added to your catalog in future)
If eligible, a replacement will be provided when:
The exact same product is available in stock
Our team verifies damage or defect through photos/videos or pickup inspection
If the same product is not available, customers may choose between:

âś” Exchange with another product of equal value (if available)
Refunds are issued in the following scenarios:
Product received was damaged/defective
Product delivered was wrong
Replacement product is not available
Order cancelled before dispatch (for prepaid orders)
Refunds are processed to the original payment mode only:
UPI
Bank Account
Debit/Credit Card
Wallet (if used)
⏳ 5–7 working days after the returned product is received and inspected.
You can cancel your order anytime before it is shipped.
A full refund will be issued for prepaid orders.
Cancellation cannot be guaranteed.
You may refuse delivery or apply for return after receiving the item (if eligible under the return policy).
Our courier partner will pick up the product from your address (if available for your pincode)
In some cases, we may ask you to self-ship the item temporarily
Pickup will be attempted up to 3 times
If the customer is unavailable during pickup attempts, return request may be cancelled
All returned items go through a Quality Inspection.
Refund or replacement will be approved only after successful verification.
Products failing quality checks will be returned back to the customer.
