1. Order Cancellation by Customer
1.1 Cancellation Before Dispatch
You may cancel your order anytime before it has been shipped.
If the order is prepaid, you will receive a full refund to your original payment method within 5–7 working days.
There are no cancellation charges for orders cancelled before dispatch.
1.2 Cancellation After Dispatch
Once an order has been shipped, cancellation is not guaranteed.
However, you may:
Refuse delivery when the courier attempts to deliver, or
Accept delivery and raise a return request if eligible under our Return & Refund Policy.
In such cases, refunds will be processed after the product is returned and inspected.
2. Non-Cancellable Items
Certain scenarios where cancellation is not permitted:
Orders already out for delivery
Customized or special-order items (if applicable in future)
Products marked as Non-returnable or Final Sale
Orders placed during flash sales or limited-stock sales (only if explicitly mentioned on product page)
3. Automatic Order Cancellation
Your order may be automatically cancelled in cases such as:
Payment failure
Shipping address unreachable or invalid
Product out of stock
Fraudulent or suspicious activity detected
Technical issues in processing the order
Customers will be notified via SMS, email, or WhatsApp if auto-cancellation occurs.
Refunds (if any) will be processed automatically.
4. Cancellation by Aati Hu
We reserve the right to cancel an order if:
The product is unavailable or discontinued
Pricing errors or incorrect product information is detected
Payment verification fails
Delivery location is unserviceable
Misuse of offers, coupons, or fraudulent behaviour is found
A full refund will be issued for prepaid orders.
5. Cancellation for Cash on Delivery (COD)
For COD orders:
You may cancel anytime before dispatch
If the courier attempts delivery, refusing delivery will also count as cancellation
Repeated refusals may lead to restriction on COD availability for your account
6. Refund Timelines for Cancelled Orders
For prepaid orders cancelled before shipping:
⏳ Refund will be issued within 5–7 working days
to the original payment method (UPI/Card/Net Banking/Wallet).
